    Internal Revenue Service: 35 year career with IRS; last 17 years as Senior Executive.

    Final Position: Director, Field Operations Heavy Manufacturing, Construction & Transportation; Retired December 2003.

    Member of Toledo Board of Realtors: Jack decided to put his experience and real-life lessons from 11 corporate moves and relocations with the IRS in the field of real estate. Jack’s federal tax knowledge, management experience And negotiation skills are value added to his real estate clients.

    Member of Toledo Board of Realtors:  Katie decided to put her experience with customer relations, finance, and contracts into play with real estate.  Katie’s knowledge of rental property management, finance and contract experience along with her negotiation skills are value added to her real estate clients.  Katie’s previous experience as a loan originator adds to her ability to educate her clients as to the overall process of buying a home.
